SERVICE

In this section of the Annual Report, we present the various methods in which calls for service are generated, the 2014 annual budget, and the total occurrences for Waterloo Region throughout 2014. 

Every year, hundred of thousands of calls are answered in our Communications Centre and responded to by officers. The details of every call are distinct and unique, but each one is handled with professionalism and respect.  The neighbourhoods of Waterloo Region are rich with diversity and the demand on service is always evolving.  Our response to calls for service is also changing as we have seen Online Reporting gaining popularity in 2014.
